Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty 60 days of the purchase date. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return a product to us

  • Contact the delivery person about your return and he will pick it up. Return or Exchange is free when your location is a short distance from Accra. A charge may be applied when your location is far from Adabraka.


REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS  
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.  Please Note     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
