 How can I order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

Why should I buy online?

By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

 What payment methods can I use?

We accept cash on delivery. So you pay cash or mobile money for your order when you receive it. This applys to customers in Tema, Accra, Kasoa, Amasaman

How long does it take to deliver my order?

24 hours delivery is available but it may be extended to 3 days when there is a surge in order.

What are the delivery charges?

Changing the shipping address?

You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”.  You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”

Am I secured shopping on Rostilupt?

Yes. Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.

What happens after ordering?

Yes. An invoice about your order will be sent your mail account as soon as your order is received. This invoice contains all the information about your order.

Can I expedite my order being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Sorry, expedited shipping is unavailable for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Can I expedite my shipping?

At checkout, you will typically see 3 shipping options with estimated delivery dates so you can pick the best option. Please note some items are ineligible for expedited shipping options – such as watches containing lithium batteries – these items will be marked as such in the product description. In addition, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship to international locations other than U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Shipments can be sent to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

How are orders shipped and delivered to Alaska or Hawaii?

All shipping is free and can take 5-10 business days for arrival at these locations.

How are orders shipped to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses?

All orders are shipped USPS and usually take 5-10 business days to arrive but may take additional time.

How can I track my order?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the UPS, FedEx, or USPS website, depending on who shipped your package. You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status; Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days.
Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.

When will I get my order?

Your delivery window will be provided on the checkout page before you place your order. Once your order ships you will be provided a tracking number.

I just received an email with my tracking number and the number shows my order was delivered. How is that possible?

UPS recycles all of its tracking numbers. Sometimes, for a full day after a tracking number is assigned to a new package, the information available will pertain to a previous order that traveled — sometimes months ago — under that same number. When this happens, please rest assured that your tracking information will be available within a short period of time and should indicate the correct delivery date. Once the package is scanned by UPS, you will also be able to click the “view package progress” link, and the updated tracking detail will be reflected.

Oops! I accidentally placed my order with normal 4-5 business day delivery shipping, but I need the order tomorrow!

If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll try to modify your order to next business day shipping. Please know that an additional shipping charge may apply. If more than an hour has passed, chances are good that our magical warehouse elves have already packed and shipped your order! In either case, please call us for further assistance so that we can help get your order to you.

Oops! I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll update the address before the order ships from our fulfillment center. If more than an hour has passed, chances are good that our magical warehouse elves have already packed and shipped your order! In either case, please call us for further assistance so that we can help get your order to you.

Part of my order contains beauty items, will this delay my order from being shipped?

As regulated by the Department of Transportation, some beauty items may be considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO), or US territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico). The policy is to ship these items via UPS Ground service. These items will be shipped separately from the balance of your order.

What are the shipping charges for returning an order?

There are no return shipping charges for orders originally shipped to a destination within the United States, U.S. Territories, or to Military APO/FPO addresses. Please note UPS return shipments must also be shipped from the United States.

What do you charge for standard shipping of an order?

All orders shipped to a destination within the United States, U.S. Territories, or to Military APO/FPO addresses are shipped free of charge.

Will I have to sign for my package?

Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion. In addition, any order placed for a gift card will require a signature upon delivery.
